I took a ride on that same boat when she was pushing ONLY 930 or so hp. We got into the 90s no problem. I cannot wait to see this setup.
Pollen is a beast this year. I had the same issue last weekend. At about 50mph it just cannot hold on. Hahaha.

That would be super cool of Bob to make it...but then again I've seen enough of him to last me a long time
jk Awesome guy. I'd like to hang with him without my check book involved.
Weather is looking good as well as the chance of rain. As anyone knows, if rain was a problem here all the out of towners would be launching at Mansfield.

I ain't scurred of no rain. We all have a "cabin" of sorts to hide lol. Bob won't be able to make it tomorrow. Still tuning on Marc's engine. When I left they were at 924 with a lot left. Video to follow.

OK, so what exactly is the plan? Meeting at Devil's cove at noon? Where is everyone launching from?
Just spent 6 hours de-pollenating the boat and trying to get her reasonably presentable. I definitely have a machine buff/compound/polish process in my future. We'll leave that for next time. Have one dead battery -- so charger is on. Should charge right up.
I should be ready to go.

I wish I had a boat to go out with you guys. I will be at my parents house in leander this weekend. but instead of enjoying the lake I have to help my parents lay two dump truck loads of gravel in their yard.
so here is to hoping it floods at my parents place so I don't have to lay all that gravel.

I think we are meeting up at highland marina area and convoying the fleet up to the Gar for lunch. After lunch we typically head over to DC.

If you are someone like In2Deep coming from a marina at another part of the lake, meet us between Starnes Island and Highland Lakes. We shouldn't be hard to find.
