Anyone boating yet?

Hey guys,
Last weekend was the first really great boating weekend of the year. Did anyone else get out and enjoy it?
Took mine out and got in a good little run with In2deep. Good to see the Nordic on the move! Sounding great.
This weekend is looking just as good!

Not yet. I did get to the lake, however, only to tow the boat home to Houston. Will finish the interior in the V-berth.
Going to splash on the 28th of March!!!!

I wish I could but my dad said that he doesn't trust my welds and wants to do it. I asked him, so I can weld all day long on a race car but I can't touch the pontoon. he said you were the only one in the race car, we are all on the boat.

Aluminum is a whole another animal compared to metal. Neither one of use have welded aluminum so I am trying to talk him into getting one of your family friends that is a certified welder to do the job. I guess I will have to wait and see. I may have to go get my little fishing boat and work on it or our 1966 ford fairlane that we started making into a drag car.

Had some time to splash the boat yesterday. Amazing day with a 10 mile run offshore, lunch in Waikiki and then some relaxing in Maunalua Bay.
