What's on your winter to-do list?

I'm just starting to get my winter boat maintenance to-do list together.

I've got to change the oil, change the water impeller (had it two seasons and no idea when it was done originally), get a couple gel coat dings fixed and have someone restitch a seam in the sun deck. If I have any cash left over I'll have someone finish installing my speakers. I think that's everything needed to stay out of trouble.

What are you guys getting ready to do?

Want to get the generator looked at and the AC/Heat unit fixed. Other than that just a bunch of soap and water and wax. Already got the hull buffed and waxed below the rub rail.
