What's on your winter to-do list?

I'm just starting to get my winter boat maintenance to-do list together.
I've got to change the oil, change the water impeller (had it two seasons and no idea when it was done originally), get a couple gel coat dings fixed and have someone restitch a seam in the sun deck. If I have any cash left over I'll have someone finish installing my speakers. I think that's everything needed to stay out of trouble.
What are you guys getting ready to do?

Took my Bimini to Santiago today to get a new zipper. Want to get the generator looked at and the AC/Heat unit fixed. Other than that just a bunch of soap and water and wax. Already got the hull buffed and waxed below the rub rail.

- Install the stereo, amps and speakers I bought off Craigslist 2 months ago
- Buy the necessary adaptor, and install the aftermarket steering wheel that I've had in my garage for 2 years
- Replace the depth finder at the helm, that seems to be stuck at 6' depth.
- Repair the two rips in my full cover

Yes it is but i always end up returning the favor when i am at home some how. He seems to keep the really difficult stuff on his boat until i get to come home lol

Are you holding on to her or just getting her pretty to sell?
