How deep is devils cove (Read 7993 times)

A friend of mine is crazy free diver and he wants me to take him there to dive. I think it would be kinda fun to do. But he is limited to 50ft.

I hope he likes looking at beer cans. I've attached a few pictures to give you a look at the bottom of the cove, freshly uncovered in 2011 and the forest that's growing there now. I'd assume that the parts still under water look a lot like the 2011 pictures...

Once you get into the no wake zone of DC, It's abt 20-30 feet deep. I was there yesterday and checked the depth finder a few times.

May score some high dollar sunglasses. I lost a pair there a few years back. Started wearing cheap sunglasses to the lake after that.

A guy I work with said the visibility is abt 5 feet down there.
