Thank you everyone - ABF Run 2014!

Hey everyone,
Thank you so much for coming out and making our Spring run a success. Had an absolute blast running with you all up to the Gar and having lunch with you guys.
What a scene seeing all you guys floating together by Starnes and then running so fast up to the Gar. Super fun!
Wish my boat didn't start missing so I could have enjoyed the rest of the day. Just my luck though, she ran great on the way back. I was half-tempted to turn around and find you but didn't want to press my luck.
Let's do it again, even sooner than next Spring if enough people want!

Very awesome indeed!!! Thank you guys so much for making it a great day. I have some video of pretty much all of us running. I will be cutting it up tonight on Staff Duty. I am also gonna try to get a design for a t-shirt and maybe truck sticker. Gotta represent

Yeah, I had a great time. It was good to meet some really cool people with really nice boats. I have some pictures that I took that I need to figure out how to upload them to the forum. I will work on that tomorrow and hopefully get it figured out. Once again that was a good group of folks there yesterday. Look forward to boating with yall more often.

Great time for sure!! That was longest the Formula ever got to stretch her legs, good long run up to MM 36. Nice meeting all the members and putting the face to your ABF names. Will definitely have to do this again.

Thanks to all who helped to put this together. The wife and I had a great time. Special thanks to Jeff for helping me to get the tire changed on the van. Not a nice thing to have to deal with when headed to the ramp to retrieve but it was early enough and not 100 degrees. A good time was had by all!

I wish I could had been there. I will next year even if I have to bring a row boat. Evan I hope that what ever happened to your boat is minor.

We haven't been to 36MM in a while! It was definitely a good time meeting everyone at The Gar and running down the lake!

Definitely a quality group of people, and impressive array of fiberglass running up and down the lake in formations. For those that towed in and launched, great that you made the effort and dealt with those logistics. Maybe our next meet-up uses the big sandy beach down here by The Gar as our HQ. With the water low and having this low water feature present itself, it seems to be one of the more popular places. Easy to anchor off the shoreline, or beached. Grill up some burgers and dogs, throw up the EZ-ups, and take it all in.
Until next time...

Just check-in more often!
Looks like I'm back on the water, she had an issue with the fuel pump wiring but it was a quick fix for Bob and I'm back running. Fingers crossed that's it for a while.

Glad to hear that's all it was Capt.
Things like that make me want to install fuel press gauges in the dash and something to get my attention.
