Evan I know that you have ties to Colorado so how are the people that you know there? Hope all of them are safe.

Definitely awful but Colorado is a state of extremes. Had fires from drought earlier and now flooding. Overall the state really needs the rain.

Its such beautiful country up there, I can't imagine the devastation from all of this. We vacationed in Estes park last summer and spent a bit of time with my uncle in Boulder. He lives on Topaz street. This is what his street looked like as of Friday, from CNN

That is my uncle in the orange shirt. Last we heard his basement was starting to take on water and the roads were cut off on both sides from creeks washing out. he doesn't even live in a registered flood plain. What a mess. Still waiting to hear if his house is OK as we haven't had updates in a while as the infrastructure is all down. Embarrassed
