new toy!!

well you all know I am kind of sick in the head but I may have gone off the deep end LOL! I finally got to go to by the house of a guy I work with to see a boat he wanted to sell. so I looked it over and agreed to purchase it. so here it is a 1978 checkmate convincer. 2o foot bowrider with a 260 hp mercursier. the boat needs the interior put back together. the boat is complete except a flywheel for the motor (which is why bought it to replace his) and the interior. I have always loved these boats but never thought I would have one. the only bad part is I have to wait until he gets back from vaction. here are pictures

this one was running great before being parked just need the interior refinished. he took the flywheel out for his boat other than that it is all there. plus that it is a bow rider checkmate!! I have always wanted one and I have known that I was not going to afford one that was all together. plus that with the price the guy gave it to me for I would have been an idiot to pass on it. Cool
