Hi Captain,
Yep this summer has sucked with regards to boating. I did a month dry spell after Memorial Day because of a minor back injury and another one month dry spell after the Forth. My wife found a house she had to have so we've been moving. Still in Stone Canyon in Round Rock, just a larger house a couple of blocks away. The move was easy, it's the remodel that's killing me. I've been trying to do a lot of the work to save on $$$.
I did take Shaka out last weekend and she ran poorly. We are going out to Lake LBJ for Labor Day weekend and I've got to get her tuned up. I'm pretty sure it's a fuel issue....sluggish. She is paying me back for neglecting her.
Also having problems with my trim not going down. Trailer button works great, trim is intermittent. It's on my list of 125 "things to do".
Things are starting to settle a little, so we hope to get some lake time in around football games this fall.

Wow man, you really like to pack in the punishment
Congratulations on the new house, the kids love it too? I'm directly north on the map in Vista Oaks.
Boats seem to be harder to keep happy then women sometimes LOL. Sorry to hear you and Shaka have been fighting all summer! I had a intermittent trim problem early in the season, I had some corrosion on the contacts on the battery and cleaning that up helped.

Totally untrue. Throw enough money at a boat and it will treat you right.
