Any good plans for X-mas break?

What's everyone doing for their X-mas time off? Myself and the lady are going to head back to Colorado Springs for a bit over a week. Spend some time there, Denver and Fort Collins.

I am going to take a bit of time off for some partying and Modern Warfare 2. Then head out of town to hang with family. A pretty standard Xmas!

I'm taking the last week of the year off and we're going camping at Sam Houston National Park and Huntsville State Park.....Weather Permitting! I have my fingers crossed for good weather.

This will be our fourth year doing this and it's worked out well.   GREAT family time.   The kids get to play with all their new toys and Dad gets to play too.   No internet or cable so I avoid being a couch potato and watching too much football ....is that really possible? Undecided

Anyway, if anyone is interested, I have a blog on some of the parks and lakes we've visited.  I hope to do some recon on Lake Conroe and Livingston on this trip (it will be from the shore, too cold to take the boat out).

very cool blog Shaka! I have been wanting to plan a trip this Spring with friends. It should be a big help narrowing down where we want to go!
