Never seen four DeLoreans in one place until Sat
Sep 21st, 2009 at 8:20am

Went for a cruise with the Viper to check on the boat and put my decals on. On the way back I stopped at the Cedar Park car meet and saw four DeLoreans. The stainless steel body in person is pretty cool. But those six cylinder engines sound like complete crap. Apologize for the crapacameraphone pics Smiley

Very cool. Was it a club meeting for them or what?

I would assume so. They were heading out about when I got there and snapped that pic. Otherwise I would have talked with them a bit.

That's a pretty cool car show in Cedar Park though, lots of nice folks and unique rides from all model years. Other get togethers tend to hang around certain model years or themes.

Very cool! Too bad you didn't get pics in day light. I'd like to see the body up close.

I wonder if anyone would care one bit about those cars if it wasn't for that movie?

Yea, their doors and stainless steel body was what made them cool. They are Really short and wide though... like all the other exotic cars back in the 80's so seeing one in person going down the road would make most people do a double take. I heard they had overheating problems though, like many mid & rear engine cars and their horsepower was lacking.
