New boat finally!
May 19th, 2014 at 4:34pm

Hey guys, I picked up this boat a few weeks ago but just got around to taking a few pics.  Sorry, not the greatest photos.  Its a 2003 Mastercraft X2. Just a baby with 140 hours.  Fairly stock except for a fancy upgraded stereo system I haven't found my way around yet. Lots of folks have had fun behind it already, just not me.  Nobody wants to drive my "new boat" Roll Eyes  I'm getting my wife more comfortable with it though and I was sure to get perfect pass so others can give me a good tow.
Oh, and the owners of the last 5 overpriced POS wakeboard boats I looked at can kiss my a$$

Looks great! That's a perfect ride for you new spot. I haven't been on a boat with perfect pass until a few weeks ago, it's incredible. I got up every single time.

You're going to have a fun summer.

Very nice!  Good luck with her.  You got to be loving having your boat docked right outside your house Smiley

Thanks guys! Its a great ride and the convenience can't be beat for sure.  I have about 100 yards of no wake in my cove, then I'm on the best sheltered arm of LBJ for watersports. That's mostly what we do now. Mid day it gets a bit crowded but since I can see when its quiet I just keep the boat loaded and pop out.  really a great spot.
Perfect pass is basically cruise control for a boat.  It monitors and maintains the boats speed within .2 mph.  Helpful if the driver isn't used to maintaining boat speed or even if they are.

Looks great. Let me know if you need product to keep it looking clean.  A good coat of Big Kahuna Polymer Sealant and regular wipe downs with Gnarly Water Spot Remover should do the trick.

Boat looks really nice, perfect pass makes turning around a breeze. Always liked that when it came out.
