The new LCRA 1.1m acre-ft min apply to Travis and Buchanan combined.

At full pool (681'msl), Travis holds ~1.1m acre-ft3.

For both lakes to be full, we would need to have ~
2m acre-ft.

However, I'll take whatever we can get Smiley
