Back from LOTO

Made it home yesterday afternoon.  Swung by Jim's place on the way home to drop the boat off for a quick repair of a moderate issue that surfaced...and some routine maintenance.

Got to the hacienda here, and staring out over the water...it just amazes me how much lower our lovely LT has gone over the short 2 weeks I've been away.  Maybe it's just that I've lately been around a body of water that is full pool -- but LT looks low low.  Absurd.  I heard on the news last night that we're sitting at the 3rd lowest level in history, with #2 and #1 not that many feet away.  I'm afraid we're headed for a record setter.

Regardless, it's good to be back in The ATX after living the Hillbilly life for awhile.  But have to say....I can do without the heat here, and am looking forward to another LOTO getaway in mid-October....for some early Fall fishing / Bass chasing.

Rock and roll, all.

Glad to hear you had a good trip. You were definitely spoiled with that trip.

I haven't been by Travis is probably a good month and a half. Guessing I should probably keep that streak going unless I want to be depressed.
