Drove both...night and day difference in ride comfort and handling. Eco Boost with Max tow can pull around 11500. Plenty for me.

I've been happy as hell with my lift...I'll only pull out a handful of times a year so having the baddest tow rig is secondary to daily work comfort. I spend more time in my vehicle than anywhere.

Subject: September Hours and October Closure

Gar Friends,
We will be open weekends only during the month of September.

We will open for lunch and dinner beginning at 11:30am on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays with LIVE MUSIC on Friday and Saturday nights.

I am sad to report that we will close operations effective October 1,
2013 due to the historic, low lake level and will re-open once the lake level rises.

I will send out updates via our Facebook page, Twitter, website, and email.

Thank you very much for your support!
Todd Hynes

Only thing we can hope is that all this happening will get the laws changed. So when rain actually comes, we might get to keep it.

I went to a Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce event last night at a place called Vintage Villas, which is down the road just before you get to Hudson Bend Road off 620.  The view from there is amazing, and gave me a whole new visual perspective of the low water level.  There's a section of the lake' shoreline there, which is gradual slope, that has retreated to what looks like about 1/2 a mile from where it should be.  Not that I needed any further reminder of our condition....but this one brought it home even more.
