Bravo II Swivel Shaft

Anyone ran into this before? I'm getting some squeaking from the top of the Swivel Shaft, its torqued correctly and was serviced last year. I think there used to be a zerk behind that sticker but there is not one on mine. I have tried WD40 to no avail.
