Medina Tomorrow

Heading for the lake tomorrow.  Gotta get a few last trips in before it starts cooling off.  The lake's up and it's one of the nicest smaller lakes I've been on.

Excellent day on the lake.  Had it largely to ourselves.  My son has gone from a non-skiier to a slalolm skiier in one season.  It's fun to watch and they have no idea the wake on our boat is HUGE!

We took some pics of the lake for y'all.  I'll get them loaded in the next few days.  There was some debris from recent rains but it wasn't a serious problem.  If you ever want a break from the big lake Medina is one of the best kept secrets here in SA.

I would think a hull design like a Rage wouldn't leave a big wake since it's such a screaming fast boat. Sounds like it's a good all-around family boat. I'll look forward to seeing your pics.

The Rage is an OK boat for experienced (faster) skiers as the wake is smaller once it get on top. It leaves a pretty big wake at slower speeds though.

I say huge because I used to ski behind tournament boats and a Miller Unlimited w/a 115 hp Merc and there was virtually no wake.  It was amazing, loved that boat!  The kids don't know any different and my son went from a non-skiier to a slalolm skiier in one season behind the Rage.  It's not impossible to ski behind but we won't be running any bouys with it.  It's great for tubing and wakeboarding.  One of these days I'll get these pics posted!
