How long of a wait does the typical boater on Lake Austin expect for a towing company to respond?

Most of my jobs I respond in about 20 to 30 minutes, thats if I am not on the lake. When my captain is on patrol, the responce time is a lot shorter. Some people are still complaining about waiting 30 minutes. Just thought i would get some more opinions. Thanks.

I hadn't even thought about this. Within an hour is reasonable as long as the boat is safe.
