Mark this as my second anchor I've pulled back up from the bottom. I'm breaking even on anchors lost/gained for the year.

Clean it up and craigslist it. Looks a tad big for your boat.

It actually will fit in my anchor storage locker
I'll have to see what I can get for it on Craiglist.

Is that an anchor.....or is that 18th century agricultural machinery?
That thing is huge. Nice find. I bet was quite a workout hoisting on board.
Clean it up and sell it.

No kidding
I bet that thing digs in super nice with a little pull from the engine. I just doubt I have the boat weight to pop it back up!

Looks like a Delta. Figure out how much it weighs and find what it's worth....

Of course that's Worst Marine pricing.

Dang, I figured it wasn't cheap, but wow that's some cash. Someone had a bad day cutting that bad boy loose.

Wow. Big Bucks. Not that I've ever second-guessed the fact...but makes Box Anchors a smokin' deal...especially since they work so well.

is it cut or did it break? If I had an anchor that cost that much i think I would put slack in the line the use the rope to make it the bottom and try to free it.

It looks like they cut the rope loose. That had to be accompanied by a lot of cursing im sure.
