Maybe I'm strange, but I'm starting to like Yamaha

I was looking at their 2010 models here:
http://www.yamaha-motor.com/boat/products/modeloverview/ls/2010/model_overview.a...
I really think I like the Yamaha AR240. It is a very reasonable price for the size of boat that it is. It's big enough that the waves on Lake Travis won't toss it around too easy. I like the maneuverability and how configurable the seating is. I don't see a lot of these out there, so I figure I must be in the minority on liking these.
Any thoughts?

When I bought my boat at South Austin Marine they had a Yamaha in there and I thought it was pretty cool looking as well. Apparently they can haul some ass and turn like crazy. I just noticed, they don't have a large engine area...so that makes for more space. That's pretty cool.

I'm tempted by Yamaha as well. I love the way they do the social area on the transom....great design. I love all of the space.
I've never driven one so I don't know how they handle or anything about the jet propulsion (shallow draft/no props to ding).
I'm not in the market this year....looking at buying a bigger house instead. But if I was, I would check them out.
Here's a used one for sale..........

That used Yamaha is pretty sweet. I've never seen one with the table like that. That would be awesome for some party boating. It really looks like you get a helluva lot of boat for your money with Yamaha. 50 MPH is pretty respectable, not as fast as I'd like but it's good! I wonder how good they are from a dig, quick take off or long build up to speed?

I haven't looked in to those at all, maybe now I will. That yamaha on the other board is a lot of boat for the money.

I wonder if winterizing those twin jet systems is a bitch?

I asked at the boat show and he said there is essentially nothing to winterize. I am liking these more and more. Apparently they have a better hole shot too.

Damn, those are all things that I dig very much. You should buy one Horns.
